Passport strength

The E-2 factor

Grenada wins on family breadth: children to 30, parents at any age, unmarried siblings. St. Kitts covers children under 25 and parents 65+. Dominica covers children under 30 and parents 65+. All three now run mandatory interviews and enhanced vetting; St. Kitts's post-2023 framework is the strictest, which is precisely why banks treat its passport most favourably.
Verdict
Buy St. Kitts for maximum passport prestige and the strongest long-term programme governance. Buy Grenada if the USA is anywhere in your family's plans, or if you need China access or the wide family net. Buy Dominica only when the absolute lowest single-applicant price is the deciding factor.
