1. Who We Are
Global Passport Partners FZ-LLC ("GPP", "we", "us") is an investment migration consultancy headquartered at Level 42, Emirates Towers, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with branch offices in London and Singapore. We are the data controller for personal data collected through globalpassportpartners.com and in the course of providing our advisory services.
This policy is drafted to comply with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies to our European clients and website visitors, and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
2. Data We Collect
Enquiry data: name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, investment budget range, programmes of interest, and any message you submit through our forms.
Client engagement data: identity documents, civil status records, financial statements, source of funds and wealth documentation, police clearances, medical certificates and other materials required by government citizenship and residency programmes.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected via server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
3. How We Use Your Data
To respond to enquiries and provide eligibility assessments; to prepare, submit and manage applications to government citizenship and residency units; to satisfy our legal obligations under anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) laws; to send you relevant guides and updates where you have consented; and to improve our website and services.
Legal bases under GDPR: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for AML/KYC processing, consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for marketing, and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for service improvement and security.
4. Sharing and International Transfers
Application data is shared, as required by each programme, with the relevant government citizenship or immigration unit, licensed local agents, international due diligence firms, banks, fund managers and legal counsel involved in your matter. We never sell personal data.
Because our clients and the programmes we operate span multiple jurisdictions, data may be transferred internationally. Where GDPR applies, transfers outside the EEA/UK are protected by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses; under the UAE PDPL, transfers are made to jurisdictions with adequate protection or with your explicit consent and appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Client files are retained for a minimum of 5 years after the conclusion of the engagement, as required by applicable AML regulations, after which they are securely destroyed unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Security
We apply bank-grade safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, staff confidentiality agreements, and vetted sub-processors. Lead data submitted through this website is stored in access-controlled infrastructure with row-level security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority; UAE residents may contact the UAE Data Office.
To exercise any right, email postmaster@globalpassportpartners.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality and minimal analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may affect form submission.
