Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing globalpassportpartners.com (the "Site") or engaging Global Passport Partners FZ-LLC ("GPP"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Advisory engagements are additionally governed by a written client services agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

2. Nature of Our Services

GPP provides investment migration consultancy: eligibility assessment, programme selection, document preparation, application submission through licensed channels, and post-approval support. GPP is not a government body. Citizenship and residency are granted solely at the discretion of the relevant state authorities.

Content on the Site — including programme prices, processing times, visa-free counts and tax descriptions — is provided for general information, reflects programme rules as understood at the date of publication, and does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice. Programme rules change; verify current requirements with your assigned advisor before acting.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we maintain a rigorous pre-screening standard, no consultancy can guarantee approval by a sovereign government. Statements such as "100% success rate" describe our historical record of approvals for submitted applications and are not a promise of future outcomes. Government fees, due diligence fees and third-party costs are generally non-refundable once paid, in accordance with each programme's rules.

4. Client Obligations

You agree to provide true, complete and accurate information and authentic documents. Misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in refusal, revocation of citizenship or residency, forfeiture of funds, and termination of our engagement without refund of professional fees. You are responsible for your own tax and legal position in your countries of citizenship and residence, including exit taxes, reporting obligations and (for Indian residents) LRS and FEMA compliance.

5. Fees and Payment

Professional fees are set out in the client services agreement. Government contributions, due diligence fees, real estate purchases and fund subscriptions are paid to third parties through verified channels and are subject to those parties' terms. All payments must originate from accounts in the applicant's name or otherwise satisfy AML source requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content — text, design, graphics and guides — is the property of GPP or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPP's aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the Site or services shall not exceed the professional fees actually paid to GPP for the engagement concerned. GPP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, changes in programme legislation, government processing delays, currency movements, or the performance of any real estate, fund or business investment.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, save that engagements contracted through our London or Singapore offices may specify English or Singapore law respectively in the client services agreement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting active engagements will be notified directly.
